Caller ID that opens the patient's file for you
If your clinic uses phone system services from our partner ClickPhone, we can integrate the two systems so that every incoming call shows you the caller's name directly in InteroCloud. The system matches the caller's phone number against your patient database and automatically opens their file, no searching, no asking “can I get your name?” before the conversation even starts.
A phone system that talks back, with voice recognition
Beyond caller ID, patients can interact with the IVR system through voice recognition. For example: “You've reached Demo Clinic. Tell me the department or the agent's name you'd like to be transferred to.” From there, calls are routed automatically based on what the patient says, along with many other possibilities the integration opens up for your front desk.
